In The Begining

The Anchored Family began with the launching of Anchored Realty Services, which is lead by Carlene Nace, a co founder and Broker in Charge, who in addition to running ARS is a wife,  mom and real estate veteran who came into the field after receiving her formal education, and working, in the Interior Design world.  She’s found that by pouring into others, whether they be clients, Anchored Family Members, those who are served by Anchored Ministries, or others in her life, that life is simply better when the focus is on others.

Carlene Nace: Broker in Charge / Servant

There are many great Realtors in our area but not all are going to be the right fit for you. It's about building a relationship that out lives closing, regular communication making sure you understand every step of the process so you can make well informed decisions, and negotiating to get you the best terms and price possible!! I take the responsibility of protecting your fiduciary interests very personally. Being a native, he is very familiar with the different neighborhoods of Raleigh and the bedroom communities that have risen up over the years.
